Charlton City United Methodist Church invites you or your group to rent our modern – fully handicap accessible facility – for your next function, retirement, shower, anniversary party, reunions, meeting or on-going activity. We are conveniently located just off of Route 20 in Charlton, MA at 74 Stafford Street. Plenty of parking available.

Our bright and airy main entrance meeting area is approx 20’x60’ with a small kitchenette, perfect for welcoming your larger group as they are gathering or taking a break. There is a conversation area at one end with two couches, and chairs. As well as ample area to set up displays.
Off this main gathering area you enter a large 200 seat – very “comfortable” – room ideally set up for your presentation needs. The room is equipped with multiple microphones, ceiling mounted power point projector, ceiling fans, piano, organ, integrated cd player and dimmable lighting to create any mood your group would like.
On the same level, we have 5 meeting rooms, approximately 12’x18’ each, which will comfortably hold up to 14 people seated at tables. This group of meeting room is in a wing off the main entrance gathering area and has a small convenience room with sink and mirror perfect for the bride to be and her maids to be away from the crowd or for your group to organize a snack.
If you would like to hold a function or meeting of up to 150 people seated at tables our hall will be just right for you. Best of all there are some perfect corners or alcoves where a smaller group of 30 or so can set up and feel right at home. The room is set up with microphone, speakers and large TV for displaying what is on your laptop and setting the perfect mood for your group.
Off the meeting hall is a full service kitchen ready to support your cooking and meal preparation needs. We also have a team of people who may be able to help you put on that perfect snack or more serious and enjoyable full course meal – just ask to see what we can do for you.
Of course, full HP restrooms are just a few steps away, on either level, when you need to freshen up. If your function needs to utilize both levels there is a convenient elevator available for those who would prefer not to use the stairs. Parking is abundant at either level.
