CCUMC participates in a number of national programs, especially through charity walks. Each year we walk, bike, or run for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (pictured), Abby's House, and Open Sky.

Methodists seek to address poverty, health crises, discrimination, injustice, and disaster wherever they are found so God's grace and love may be known. By paying what are called "mission shares," we accomplish great things. Here are just a few:
-UMCOR: disaster relief, often first on scene, last to leave;
-drastically reducing malaria in African countries;
-building hospitals and increasing water access in Central America;
-relief and legal aid for immigrants
